im the only person i know who has a teeney bopper crush on spiderman.

when i saw the preview for the hulk my heart skipped a beat.

the x-men movies make me long for some sort of mutation. (perhaps 6 arms? god knows those could come in handy)

this motley crew of do-gooders give me something to have faith in. something to believe in. i know they arent real. but i need a good hero or two in my life.

some people are saying that the success of one superhero movie has led movie tycoons to believe that there is money to be made. perhaps this is so

but maybe people are turning to fictional characters to believe in.

maybe in todays world we need a guy in spandex to make us feel good

maybe after all thats happened we like to know that someone is on our side ... even if its jsut in the movies.
