the lock in entry
well the lock in came and went ... and although it will never be the lockin of yesteryear it shall definitly go down in my books as being an awesome night. we had to go to the football game before hand and i was freezing. i was supposed to meet olivo's son but that fell through, and to tell the truth im relieved because i really didnt feel like trying to impress anyone last night.

so after warming up with wawa soup we settled in for a night at the highschool. preston tried to make us rehearse but it was terrible because it was so late. as soon as he released us for the evening we tried to play capture the flag. but since were not the most organized of crowds that one fell through quickly and it turned to jail break.

pat and i soon formed our allience of old and tried to think of things to do. we played frisbee, attempted to play balderdash, stole preston's chair and wheeled pat down the hallway at alarming speeds, explored the top and bottom floors in search of the ghost janitor, slid down the stairs in his sleeping bag but that also failed miserably, slid down the hallway slip and slide style with his sleeping bag, and then sat down to think of a way to end the night with something memorable. and that we did.

it was about 6 in the morning when we decided that we needed to wake people up to get ready to leave. so we found ourselves posed outside of the guitar closet filled with the likes of jamie, rachel, steve, and mary (all innocently sleeping) with the band's gong. after a quick count down we slammed our mallets into the gong and ran. the sound was the loudest thing ever. it was hilarious. thanks pat for another great night of antics.
